We are really psyched about the CMM we just picked up. This bugger is going to help us into the future as we go after more high end clients. We have been working on building our ISO 13485 compliance and hope to have that process completed by the end of the year. The CMM will really help us step it up and set us apart from most of the other shops!
Well folks, about a year ago Danny Schotthoefer approached me and asked if I would do a Ted Talk. It really didn’t seem like a big deal at the time and I said. “ sure, no problem….just let me know when” . When…….happens to be this Friday. I have decided to do the talk on the Theory of Constraints and Throughput Accounting. It sounds fancy, but is really quite simple. For those of you familiar with the topic, you are probably thinking how in the hell will Matt even touch this in 8 minutesJ This is a really good question. The answer is…..I can’t.
We want to thank Toni Tease for continually writing her news letter. In this newsletter from November 2011, Toni talks about the new patent law reform. I personally believe that it is best to leave the management of your intellectual property to the professionals like Toni. However it is also your responsibility to have some awareness and understanding of the process and what your are getting into.
Usually the entire world never gets to see projects that we have worked on due to our top secret nature. We treat our clients information with us and our relationships quite private. However in this case, we just found this article and were please to see that Ron and the writer were really happy with our work. Yahoo! Thanks a bunch for the compliment! It was a great project and I am glad you were happy. As always, much credit is due to the great team we have here at API.
If you have an invention or product that you are thinking about patenting with the USPTO, you should not miss this presentation. Yet another reason to be a Prospera member. Thanks to Antoinette M. Tease and Prospera for putting this on. I am sure it will be good info.
